At the age of 14, while still studying at school, I took my first role in theatre in an amateur dramatic production of an Easter pantomime of Robinson Crusoe, then a few months later playing the antagonist in the play ‘In the can’. Afterwards I joined with Prima stage school, a group sponsored by L.A.M.D.A. Once completing school I enrolled at college earning a B-Tec first diploma in performing arts, and also a national diploma in acting, taking parts in plays such as ‘Pendragon’, ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’, ‘Annie get your Gun’, ‘Eveshead’, ‘Charles Darwin would be proud’ and ‘Red California’. After college I played the role of Puck in ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ and Romeo in ‘Romeo and Juliet’. I started to expand into screen acting by earning the role of Chris in ‘Christine’ and Jason in ‘Tuning in’. Then took part in a short course in working Shakespeare at the Central School of Speech and Drama, and after completing this started writing my own works, plays such as ‘The pub’ and ‘Mundane lives’ highlighting the failures of human concepts such as living for the weekend, capitalism and the hierarchy of management, then beginning a radio play attacking bureaucracy and incompetence inside the education system, as well as starting my first musical called ‘Opera Gothica’, combining acoustic, gothic and operatic musical genres. Whilst still writing my own work I still pursued my screen work by performing in short films such as ‘World Cup’, Anton in ‘Fear the Darkness’, male provocateur in ‘The purpose maker, and Darren in ‘Made for Graffiti’. At present I have just completed my first full length feature ‘Repentance’, as well as a short film called ‘Just another Chav’. Professionalism and discipline are the two main attributes which I believe make a good actor, showing commitment and giving 100% to everything which I am a part of. My time in education gave me a great deal of knowledge within the arts, teaching me all aspects of the arts and paving the way for a solid technique. Once my education was complete I began to audition for professional productions and gaining a great deal of experience, both as an actor and a writer. This opened door ways to not only live performance but also screen acting as well. I pride myself on creating believable characters which are deep, believable and engaging.

My goal is to be the best that I can be, no matter how hard or far I have to push myself. I want to expierience as much as I possibly can, on stage, screen and through my writing's. At present I am trying to get as much acting part's as I can, stage and screen, and really want to play as many many different characters in as many different genres as I can. I write a lot of stage play's and would love to see how far they can go, I have also wrote a couple of film script's and am currently attampting to start up my own film company.
